- After you fill out the form, I will reach out and collect more information such as pictures of the damage. If I can help, I will instruct you to drop off your item(s) for Sloan Minerva at 505 Church St, Nashville TN, 37219. Once your item(s) are completed, you will receive a text/email telling you they are ready for pickup. You will be able to pickup your items anytime, 24/7- just have your ID for our concierge.After you fill out the form, I will reach out to schedule a fitting. All fittings take place in my home at 505 Church St, Nashville TN, 37219. You will try on your items, I will make any necessary marks, take measurements, and place pins. You will leave your items with me.Once your item(s) are completed, you will receive a text/email telling you they are rThis is a FREE service. No payment is expected.
If you chose to pay, you can do so in a few ways:
DIGITAL PAYMENT
All services will receive a $0 invoice receipt from Quickbooks Payments via email or text. There, you will be able to submit whatever payment you choose. I accept: debit, credit, ACH, Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle through Quickbooks.
CASH DONATIONS
Cash donations must be handed to me directly. Please contact me to arrange- it is against building policy to have staff handle cash
